We are proud to share the following URBANSWIM ratified solo Swim Around Manhattan results.  Congratulations to all involved!

The Swim Around Manhattan is completed in accordance with recognized open water swimming standards. Each swim undergoes a thorough ratification process modeled after the World Open Water Swimming Association (WOWSA) guidelines. Swims are documented with an Observer log, redundant GPS tracking, photographic/video evidence, social media, and adhere to traditional marathon swimming rules—no wetsuits, no physical contact with the support crew, and no use of propulsion aids. These requirements help ensure that each swim represents an authentic, verified solo effort, and upholds the integrity of the sport.
